ORDER

I have placed an order and not received any confirmation email.

Kindly check your spam folder, and you should find it hiding there.
If you still can't find it, contact us at care@garmendo.com with the full name that your order was placed in, and we will help you out.

I wish to cancel or change items from an order I just placed.
We are not able to add any new items to an already placed order. Kindly place a new order if you wish to add new items to an existing order.

ACCOUNT

I have placed an order, but I can´t find it in my account?
If you have placed an order and created your account afterwards, you can´t connect it to any previous orders. However, all orders made while logged in to your account will be shown.


Has my order been shipped out already?
You will receive a tracking code from us, and you can track your order at Track Orders.
If you still can´t find it, kindly email us your order number and your question to care@garmendo.com. We will then provide your shipping confirmation for you! 

I need to reset my password for my account.
Click on ''forgot your password?'' and at the next step enter your email.
You will receive a link to reset your password. Kindly check your spam folder for the email if you can´t find it. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Is there any washing instructions?
Wash your leggings and tops inside- out, 30 degrees with no softener or bleaching. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Before returning any items, kindly read our refund policy.

How do I return the product?
Please contact us at care@garmendo.com, and we will help you with the product return.

Have you received my return yet?
Kindly have in mind that a return sent to us from overseas can take up to 15 business days. 

Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns, unfortunately. Your return can be sent the cheapest way possible and all products in the same package.

How much does it cost to return?
The return cost varies depending on size, weight and distance. Normally it costs around approximately: 4-8 EUR from Europe / 17-30 USD from the rest of the world.
(These prices are not guaranteed, simply a guideline and can differ at any time.)

I wish to return items for a refund, how do I proceed?
Please contact us on the contact page.  We will provide you with clear instructions. 

Your refund will be made to the same card your order was placed by.


DELIVERY

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We offer a shipping time of 7-14 days.

My tracking status shows no updates for a while now, why is that?
Kindly have in mind that not all countries have got postal couriers that can track international registered mail. Therefore you could notice a limited number of updates from the day that your package was sent abroad. 
Your parcel is on its way and will hopefully be with you shortly.

 

SIZING

I´m not sure what size to get?
If you are unsure what size to get, kindly use the size guide of each product. We have different suppliers, and different products may have different sizing.
(Please have in mind that our size guide is only for recommendation and guidance. It is not a guarantee of fitting since we are all unique and like our clothing’s In different ways.)

 

RECLAIM

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?
Our deepest apologies if you have received a faulty product or damaged item.
Kindly email us at care@garmendo.com with clear pictures of the faulty item. Describe your errand, and we will help you shortly! 


How fast do you respond to my email?
We will get back to you shortly once your errand has been processed.
