COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses, and on supply chains. We are just a small online shop, but the safety of our customers and team is the number one priority for us.

We are actively following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and The Finnish institute of Health and Wellfare (THL) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment. All our deliveries are packed and sent in a clean environment by one employee taking extra good care of hygiene and frequent hand washing. The online environment gives us the possibility to work from our home with no unnecessary contact with other people.

Many people are asking the same question: is it safe to receive and handle a shipment? The WHO, THL and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is very low.

Our carriers DHL and Finnish Posti are both prepared well for the current situation, increasing the cleaning and disinfection of their facilities and setting up special arrangements for their employees. Read more about DHL practises here and Posti practises here.

Posti Smartpost deliveries must all be collected from the Posti parcel lockers with no need for social contacts. DHL deliveries are delivered by DHL couriers straight to your front door. To avoid social contacts, customers can log in to the DHL OnDemand service and change the pick-up location to some safe place agreeing that the delivery can be left to the safe place with no need for a recipient signature.
